1. Open the ResetACTool.exe.<\/div>\n

2. Input the LAN IP of your device and\u00a0send the following information to\u00a0support@sunba.net\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

b. A valid\u00a0Order ID.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>To respect the privacy of user, we need to make sure you are the rightful owner of the device. If the camera is purchased by someone else for you an order ID cannot be provided, please provide the\u00a0Serial Number<\/strong> of the camera.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. Sunba Support Team will return the super password. Please input the password and click \u201cresetAccount\u201d or \u201cresetConfig\u201d depending on your needs.<\/div>\n
